To reach our business targets for the year, we needed to establish a new sales campaign to drive additional revenue. Due to the pandemic, many of our brand partners were seeking channels to boost sales as their offline sales were affected. We decided to launch a Single’s Day campaign on 11.11, a popular sale in Asia that has gained global recognition. With the increasing popularity of this sale and the continued trend of online shopping, it was the perfect opportunity to partner with our top brands. We developed a process and app feature that allowed orders to go directly to our partners, easing logistics. Additionally, we created a comprehensive marketing strategy and template that brands could adapt for their own shop channels to further promote the sale. The Single’s Day launch was a success, with our partner brands requesting to make it an annual event.
